Decatur ISD families: mark your calendars for Decatur ISD's next Parent Cafe on November 11 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. at McCarroll Middle School.
This special event will feature a fun night of giveaways, games, and family resources to support students and families. And the them for this year, This year's theme, "Taming the Tech Monster," will help provide parents with education and resources to combat one of the biggest challenges in their child's life: digital technology.
Childcare and a night of BINGO will be provided for kids ages 4-11. As with past years, the Parent Cafe will also connect Decatur ISD families with many of our community resources for holiday assistance, counseling, food programs, and other family services. Plus, we will raffle prizes, including gift carts, heaters, family games, and more.
So far, the 2024 community groups who will be present include:

Center for Emotional Wellness
Wise Area Relief Mission (W.A.R.M.)
Better Living for Texas
The event is free and open to all Decatur ISD families.
