All Decatur students, 6th grade- 12th grade, are issued district devices to enhance learning.  Students will be given the option for device insurance.  The cost is $24.00 for the year.

6th-8th grade insurance covers damage, loss and theft of Chromebooks.  

9th - 12th insurance covers lost and theft only for MacBook Airs.  

This is not required but highly recommended.

There are 2 ways to purchase insurance:

2. Print out the form linked below and mail it with a check to the address listed at the bottom of the form.
