Every year, Decatur ISD Parents/Guardians have the opportunity to "Opt-In" to receive notification emails regarding the library book their student has checked out. Families have two options:
___ DO want to receive an automated email notification from the Follett Library Database software every time my student checks out a book or resource from their Decatur ISD campus library.
___ DO NOT want to receive an automated email notification from the Follett Library Database software every time my student checks out a book or resource from their Decatur ISD campus library.
Parents/Guardians who wish to change their 2024-25 library book notification preference should complete the appropriate form from the links below.
Changes to notification preferences can take up to 3 school days to go into effect.
